What Causes Inter-menstrual Bleeding?

Question: hello, so I got my period on april 3,2016 and it lasted until april 7th,2016. me and my husband decided to have unprotected s-x and then on april 28th I got my what it seems to be period but it is much lighter and has clots. I am tired, dizzy, hot then cold, nauseous and very cranky.. what is going on I am very worried. the blood is bright red with a pink tint to it.

does implantation bleeding have clots though. and its not like my regular period is very light compared to my normal menstrual period.

i did one today and it said negative. just stumped me I never get my period twice a month and when I got what I think is a period I was like that is totally weird. ill wait a week and see what happens
