Question: I am on vacation. I take medications for HSV 2. I have not had a break out in over two years
My penis go really red and the tip had skin that was peeling off.
It is also white colored around the mushroom

I would suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily for a week.
