Brief Answer:
Needs testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

There are two possibilities why you might be gaining weight

1. Even though you are eating the same amount it is possible that your routine work is requiring lesser amount of calories. Please re look into your lifestyle and ask yourself are you doing something less than before like taking out the dog, missing a hobby, etc

2. Please get yourself tested for thyroid disorder. Hypothyroidism often leads to increase in weight

3. Do not forget to walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. I also recommend swimming, it is the best way to lose weight

4. Avoid oily food, food rich in carbohydrates like rice and pasta. Avoid sugary items like aerated drinks, cake, etc

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
