Brief Answer:
He probably has a viral infection/flu!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information fully. Your husband probably has a viral infection. I will recommend rest, increased fluids and fruits intake. Tylenol, 1000mg every 8hours will offer relief for pains and fevers. Healing would be progressive and I expect meaningful change in his state within 2-3days. Fever should however drop within 24hours after starting tylenol.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
