Brief Answer:
Need more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

All those issues that you have had, such as :
feeling bloated,
cramps,
irritable ,
no appetite
diarrhea
can be due to low blood potassium you have had .

While for your periods I will need more details:

How many days lasted your period?
How many pad did you change in a day?
Did you have abdominal cramps before vaginal bleeding ?
Did you have vaginal smell discharges before vaginal bleeding?
Have you done any blood test for anemia?

I will be here waiting for your details...

All the best

Brief Answer:
Explanation is given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for your query.

If your last period have been on 15 August and have lasted more than 10 days ,it means that it is a issue.
Usually at this age are hormonal imbalances that can cause long vaginal bleeding.

In my opinion if it is the first time you have had this irregular period ,you need to do only a blood test for anemia because you have had abundant and long vaginal bleeding .

Try to use much more liquids and iron and Vit C rich foods.

If your periods will be same as you have had on August than you need to make a detailed gynecologic examination with transvaginal scan to exclude reasons as benign fibroid tumor that are very common .

Be calm and best regards
