Brief Answer:
Seems to be sensorineural deafness.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having hissing sound in ear. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any nasal obstruction or ear blockage ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be sensorineural deafness or eusthacian tube dysfunction secondary to sinusitis causing the sounds in ear.

As such, aged onset deafness (sensorineural deafness) presents with sounds in ears.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination (sinusitis), otoscopy (status of ear drum), audiometry (type and degree of hearing loss). depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

Itching over leg and cyst in arm pit requires antiallergic and antibiotics after ruling out the underlying cause by evaluation.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
