Brief Answer:
You should take another antibiotic, stronger one.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena
I read carefully your query and medical history.

In the way you describe it seems to be a kidney infection called Pyelonephritis.
Most cases of pyelonephritis are complications of common bladder infections.

It may have started like a common urinary infection but once the infection has spread to the kidney, signs of more severe illness usually result:
-Back pain or flank pain
-Fever
-Feeling sick (malaise)
-Nausea and vomiting

Pyelonephritis may cause noticeable changes in the urine, such as:
-Blood in the urine (hematuria)
-Cloudy or foul-smelling urine
-Pain when urinating
-Increased frequency or urgency of urination

As you see your symptoms are very typical for Pyelonephritis.

A number of studies can be done to confirm the diagnosis such as :
-Urianalysis (in this case we will have the presence of pus cells, blood and bacteria in urine)
-Urine culture
- kidney ultrasound.

Amoxicillin is used to treat uncomplicated urinary infection but doesn't serve to treat Pyelonephritis, that's why you are feeling worse because Amoxicillin isn't fighting the infection.
To treat Pyelonephritis you should use a broad -spectrum Cephalosporin or a Quinolone that are stronger antibiotic for 7-10 days.

I suggest to consult a physician, get the studies done so your doctor will prescribe you the right antibiotic.
Meanwhile drink plenty of water and take some painkillers for your pain and fever such as Ibuprofen,Paracetamol etc.

Hope I was able to help you.If you have any further question I will be happy to help.
Wish you a quick and complete recovery.
