What Causes High Fever With Generalized Weakness In The Evening?
Question: Hi, my age is 32 years. Since last 2 days i am suffering from one health issue. I catch fever as soon as clock tick 7:00 PM. It increases till 101 mark if i dont take any medicine. After 1 teblet of paracetamol i can sleep properly and in the morning things are ok again. Today is 3rd day and while writing this post i have started feeling weakness in body...which is probably symptom of fever.
Can you please suggest why such problem and remedies? Thanks

Looking at your symptom, you are having an evening rise of temperature. I would suggest you to run a few test to rule out tuberculosis, malaria and dengue.
I would suggest you to visit a physician and run a few blood test like complete blood count, urine routine, test for dengue and malaria and Chest X-ray.

Tuberculosis: I have no coughing at all.
Maleria: I am not shivering while having fever. It is quite a normal fever.
Dangue: I have no symptoms other than fever in the evening or night once. Are you sure this can be Dengue? I stay in navi XXXXXXX and we dont have dirty water stored nearby and no news of dengue spread in pur area.

No cough, we can rule out tuberculosis. Malaria and dengue has many variants so we have to rule them out. We can wait and watch for another 3 days. As you are having this from 2 days. In case your fever is still seen then we have to proceed with blood investigations and culture.
Mean while, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, non- citric juices and buttermilk. Sometimes due to dehydration and excess strain mentally or physically can also present with fever.
