Brief Answer:
Paracetamol should be adequate now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Fever is still low grade. You can take paracetamol for it now.
2. If it crosses 38.5'C, and is persistent after taking paracetamol, then you might need to go to emergency room.
3. Low grade fever, will be usually due to mild infection or stress. You can take paracetamol for now, upto 3-4 times/day.
4. Take lactulose solution as prescribed. Hydration is more important now, due to fever. Take more fluids and fruit juices. Diet could be as usual.
5. No antibiotics necessary for now. If any other specific symptoms start like cold, sore throat, etc - appropriate treatment can be thought of.

Paracetamol should be adequate now.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
