Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details carefully and understand your concern.

Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections. Irrespective of treatment it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days. You need to give paracetamol to bring down the temperature or for a headache. Ibugesic Plus can be given as an alternative. Also, give tepid sponging.

Antibiotics are ineffective in viral infections. So, I would suggest you not to give Cepodem without getting her blood tested (blood count, CRP, and malarial antigen). If at all, you've started it, then please complete the course.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
