Brief Answer:
Spironolactone

Detailed Answer:
It is likely the spironolactone that is the cause for your elevated estrogen levels.

This is because spironolactone blocks the effect of the male hormone at the receptor level.
This leads to an enhanced estrogen effect. However it does not typically lead to a significant elevation in blood estrogen levels, although it is possible.
The way to explain this possibly is that the testosterone which is unable to work properly on the cell, gets converted to estrogen by an enzyme called Aromatase.

Moreover, excessive thyroid hormone levels can also be associated with high blood (Total) Estrogen levels owing to high SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) levels .This can occur when WP thyroid is taken in relatively high amounts. Free estrogen levels in this case should not be high.

Most endocrinologists worldwide do not recommend the use of WP thyroid. If one has a permanently under-active thyroid then a medication called levo-thyroxine alone suffices.

You will be best served by consulting an Endocrinologist in-person to determine the exact cause of these hormone-related matters, because (s)he will have the opportunity to examine you thoroughly as past of a comprehensive evaluation
