What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding, Fatigue And Dizziness?

default
Posted on Wed, 18 Nov 2015
Question: Hi there.

I have had some irregular bleeding from my privet area. It started September 26 and was kinda off and on from day to day. We could not tell where it is coming from. Almost seemed to come from different locations off and on.

Then one week ago this past Sunday (9 days ago) the bleeding got heavier and bright red in color (which was previously color and flow were inconsistent). Then seven days ago the color has been bright red and a lot of blood. Since Sunday (3 days ago) I have had a really bad bad headache which has not gone away. I have also been getting increasingly tired to the point when I am working I nod off like never before...almost to the point where I fall off my chair, feel like I am going to faint, I am disoriented after it happens and feel like I'm spinning. I do have hemmerhoids one burst in early XXXXXXX have an irregular cycle (kinda non existant last five years) and have been a wheelchair my entire from MDA. I have some other things that might relate but this is my most concerning.

I have not gone to the doctor yet because I feel I will go and the will and get blow off like in the past with no resolution and told to wait a couple days!

Please help.

Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of fluids. Eat properly. Visit gynec after regaining strength.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the description. You have dysfunctional uterine bleeding. As of now, you should take plenty of fluids to drink. Get your blood pressure checked. Take fruits and a wholesome diet.
Subsequently, estrogen or progesterone/progestin supplementation may reduce your problems and you would need to talk to your gynecologist about the same. Oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) may also prove useful as they suppress endometrial development, reestablish predictable bleeding patterns, decrease menstrual flow, and lower the risk of iron deficiency anemia.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Regards
