Brief Answer:
Can be due to Sevista.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Sevista is given in the dosage of a 60 mg tablet twice a week for 3 months, followed by once a week for another 3 months. It is not to be taken daily.
This can cause an endometrial hyperplasia causing the heavy bleeding that you are having. You need to check with your doctor regarding its dosage.
Other causes that need to be ruled out are uterine fibroids, polyps or hormonal disturbances. For diagnosis, you need to have an ultrasound scan of your lower abdomen and some blood tests.
Laboratory assessment of hemoglobin, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin, T4, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), and androgen profile is needed.
Do consult your OB-GYN who can do the needed tests and initiate the proper therapy.
Meanwhile start taking iron supplements to combat excessive blood loss from your body.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Endometrial hyperplasia can be treated with hormonal therapy. Uterine fibroids and polyps may need to be removed surgically if these are big in size. If the fibroids are distorting the endometrial cavity then there may be a difficulty in getting pregnant.
You can start with Cap. Dexorange or Fefol-Z twice a day with water before meals.
