Brief Answer:
Could you please list your symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Could you please detail out your symptoms to me? This would be very helpful in determining whether this is a possibility or not that needs further investigation or not.

In any case, a visit to your primary care physician would enable examination and preliminary testing. If there is need, then you would be referred to the specialists for further care.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and hope to hear from you for more detail suggestions and recommendations.

Brief Answer:
This is not suggestive of a mitral valve disease!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up details.

I have reviewed the information fully. This is not suggestive of a mitral valve disease. I will suggest that you talk to your primary care physician about this. Your symptoms are very diverse and non specific and require further detailed interview, examination and laboratory tests to understand more before making any possible conclusions.

I hope this helps. Talk toy your primary care doctor and let me know what the way forward is.
