Brief Answer:
Kindly get back to your doctor soon

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

As you describe, it seems like she is suffering from severe bronchial asthma or WALRI (wheeze associated lower respiratory infection).
This may need administration of intravenous steroids and nebulization every 4-6 hours, which need admission to the hospital.
Also we need to have a blood routine test and x ray to be done. Depending on the results we may also need antibiotics administration. Your doctor will guide in this.
So kindly get back to the hospital at the earliest.

Meanwhile you can continue the medicines given (repeat one dose each of prednisolone and salbutamol and if possible, nebulization). Avoid exposure to cold atmosphere or direct wind blow to the face.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster and complete recovery.
Thank you.
