Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy needs to be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

In clinical background of Diabetes and progressive symptoms, peripheral neuropathy needs to be evaluated for.Nerve conduction studies can be done for the same.
Its better to get yourself physically examined for the same.

Meanwhile, you can be on a trial of amitriptyline and methylcobalamin. These medications should bring improvement if it is neuropathy.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Please get back after 'Nerve conduction studies' as I would like to track down your clinical developments.

Hope that I have answered your query for now.If you have some further question,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
