What Causes Heart Murmurs During Pregnancy?

Question: Hello doctor. i am nine months pregnant. when i went to regular doctor visit she told me that she could hear some murmuring sound near my heart. baby is doing good as per scan. i didnt had any breathing problem and my bp is 110/60. is there anything to worry abt? what could be the reason for murmuring sound?

my haemoglobin is around 11.6 when i checked 1 month back. i had gone through full body checkup 2 years back in which ECG and threadmill test is done and results were normal.

As your hb and ECG are perfectly fine,it could not be due to anaemia and heart problems.

So it could be a innocent heart murmur,occur due to incresed blood flow through heart valve.
