Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, which are suggestive of migraines.

The main symptoms of migraine include headache along with nausea or vomiting. Headache gets worse when exposed to bright lights or noise.

For migraine, we need to XXXXXXX preventive medications such as propranolol or topiramate to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.

In addition, for relief of headaches, naproxen, rizatriptan or etoricoxib tablets may be used.

Ensuring good sleep at nights, avoiding stress and eating meals on time would also help.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
