Brief Answer:
Hexidine gargles and paracetamol tablet should suffice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having pharyngitis and headache and soreness is because of that.

Neck stiffness can be because of the same problem or can also be because of a bad posture.

Please use antiseptic gargles like hexidine and take tab. paracetamol 500 thrice daily. Tylenol which you are using will give the same relief.

Some rest and may be a day off from work should do a lot of benefit.

Hot fluid sips and steam inhalation should help.

Most of the times the cause is viral and it takes a few days for the body to fight back.

In case fever appears and persists, please consult an ENT.

Feel free to ask another query.
