Brief Answer:
likely a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms are likely due to a viral infection. This is one of the most common reasons for acute onset of these symptoms.

Viral infections can be associated with fatigue, headache, muscle aches/pains and can also cause abdominal discomfort.
It is possible that additional symptoms may occur.

The milk of magnesia would mainly help if there is heartburn, indigestion or constipation. May also help with bloating if present.

The tylenol and icy hot can be continued along with general measures such as fluids and rest.

If any additional symptoms occur then these can be treated as well.

In most persons , viral infections last 7 to 10 days

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
