Brief Answer:
Hyperthermia ( heat stroke)

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
History wise he seems to have effect of exposure to high environmental temperature i.e hyperthermia (also called heat stroke) on working outside . Headache is one of the symptoms.Skin feels hot. However loose motion is not a feature.Fluid replacement is one of the mainstay of management.Give him ORS (oral rehydration solution) 2 tablespoon in a glass of water every 4 hourly. For loose motion you can give Racecadotril orally 100 mg three times a day for 2 days or so.Gradually cool him down.Apply cool or tepid water to the skin.
Have him drink cold water (no alcoholic beverages, caffeine containing soft drinks ,cold tea, coffee ).
