What Causes Headache, Back Pain, Tiredness And Dizziness?

Question: My head as hurting for the pass 5 days and also my back and I feel tired no energy,aND dizzy. My Dr give me a pain killer but is not working the name is DIPHENHYDRAMINE PO25MG. I don't know what to do . :( please help me...

I read your question and i understand your concern. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine and not a pain killer. That is why your headache is not responding to it. If you have cold or congested nose that might have led doctor to think of its use. I would suggest some ibuprofen for the headache and some antivert for the dizziness both are available over the counter. See if it helps. if the headache persists then it will need work up for the etiology. I am sure it wont come to that.
