Question: Ask a doctor
Hello doctor, i have a complain regarding headache. I am living a regular life. I go for 1 hr floor workout every morning. I feel always hedache after lunch. And if i take something like chocolate or some other snacks i get immediate relief from headache and at the same time if i go for toilet then also the pain gets relieved. I take the ayurvedik medicine juice called garmado that gives me gud result in morning. I had a bad eatings earlier when i was residing in hostel. Since last few months i try to avoid bad food havits and continue eating once in a week outside. I have question that it all due to gastric trouble?? And is it due to past or my metabolism needs more food then i take tegularly?? Whats the cause which gives lot of headache?? And i go twice or thrice for latering. How to cure it ?? I have lost 9 kgs in 3 months by workouts, and i have started all due to auto immune thyroid. My endo gave me calcium pills to as i had very low level of that. She gave me meta morfin xr 500 for losing weight as she was telling in my case there is no sugar but my homa index was bit high that is the thing which created abdominal fat. Sir my main concern is about headache, i take 6 hrs sleep 12 to 5.45 and weekends 8 hrs friday and saturday. Let me suggest things which gives better result. Earlier some times i get plus 10 on higher and lower side bp levels now i get perfect 80 120/130 but my heart beats comes around 90. So i think its due to cardio workout?

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are suggestive of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of migraine.

Migraine headaches are known to get worse when hungry/empty stomach, as well as with gastric troubles.

Since you are doing work outs and taking Metformin tablets, please eat properly and do not go on diet.

Also, avoid stress and ensure 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

If symptoms persist despite these measures, you may start preventive medications such as Topiramate tablets. These tablets would reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
