What Causes Gurgling Sounds In Stomach Along With Loose Motion?

Question: I suffered usualy from stomach upset .stool not clear.piles with blood with a gap 15 to 20days.scattering stool with much sound,mucus. High sound in stomach,uneasyness generaly much in case of bus/train journey with loose motion.Milk,ghee,butter ,dry chilly not tolerable.Norflox-Tz gives temporary relief.I takes ZERODAL-P for Ankylosing spondolytis.Please suggest food and medicine for abdomenal relief.

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely infective diarrhoea which can be due to bacterial or protozoal or due to dysbacteriosis.A stool routine should be done to rule out that.Norflox Tz is an antibiotic which covers both bacteria and protozoa but should be taken usually for 3 to 5 days duration.I also prescribe probiotics for 5 to 7 days in such case.Taking yogurts or curd will be helpful also.If gastric irritation is there then i advise proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole also along with this.
