Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Trichomoniasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

The greenish discharge you noticed is suggestive of Trichomonas infection of vagina rather than Vaginal yeast infection. This is possibly why you are not responding well to Monistat.
Vaginal Trichomoniasis is caused by protozoa Trichomonas Vaginalis and is sexually transmitted.

Microscopic KOH examination of vaginal swab can confirm whether it is Trichomoniasis/yeast infection.

TREATMENT of Trichomoniasis is with single dose of Metronidazole 2g. Partner will also need to be treated. Restrain from sex until 7 days after treatment of both you and your partner.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for confirmation of diagnosis.
Meanwhile, you can take Cetrizine 10 mg once daily to relieve itching.
