Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are not concerning sYmptoms since after pancreas radiation and tumors there is a disorder in pancreatic enzyme secretions which are required for better digestion. Also, chemotherapy may have effect on bowel motility so diarrhea and stool changes may occur. Usually this normalizes in few weeks and we recommend to eat smaller meals but more frequently, chew your food well, eat more boiled food, vegetables and milk products and have enough liquids. You should avoid high fats and fried food. It is important that there is no blood in stool or jaundice which may be worrying sign, but greenish stool should not concern you. Wish you good health. Regards
