Brief Answer:
Right rhinosinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the right sinusitis. But to rule out other disease you may go for
1. Nasal endoscopy.
2. Computed tomography of Paranasal sinuses and
3. Biopsy if needed.

You may use Netiwash nasal wash and tablet containing combination of Fexofenadine and montelukast.

Thanks
