Brief Answer:
give flu vaccination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
It is common for kids at this age and season to get frequently cold and fever.
There are two ways to improve her immunity.
1. Flu vaccination every year to prevent seasonal flu attacks.
2. Fruits and vegetables in plenty. Restrict sugar sweets and chocolates.
If still she falls sick consult your doctor again.
Avoid crowded places like malls to prevent infection.
Hand washing frequently will prevent some of these attacks

Wishing your child good health.
