Question: I have been suffering with frequent periods of nausea. I have seen a gastro doctor who performed an endoscope which was fine. I'm the end of my role and don't know how to proceed

The endoscopy has ruled out problems in stomach and esophagus or food pipe. That is a good thing. But there are other causes which need to be ruled out.

Particularly liver problems. I would recommend an ultrasound of abdomen and liver function tests. That would give lot of information. The gastro doctor can guide you on how to proceed with these.
