Hello XXXXXXX

As you mentioned that you have habit of motion 2-3 times in day. Now please note down this :
If motion is loose or watery , this is a cause of concern.
If motions are solid or semi solid , not a cause of concern.
If these motions are within 1-2 hours , this is due to inadequate evacuation of intestine , this is not a cause of concern ( i.e. not due to disease ).
More or less 2-3 motions are not due to any disease , may be due to amoebic colitis ( very common ) . When such case visit I advise my patient to take ornidazole 500 mg twice in day for 5 days .
But this is a prescription medicine , so consult your doctor and get his help.
Avoid high calories diet , this is also common cause of inadequate evacuation of intestine.
