Hello,
Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.

It looks like you are having an infection either in the nose on posterior part or in your throat area around the posterior side. It could be a small nasal polyp that could have got infected or tonsillitis with pustules. Sometimes there can be asymptotic small abscess in the lung that could be causing the smell in your mouth.

If you have any fever, please get yourself examined and investigated by an ENT surgeon. Even without fever an examination by an ENT surgeon is definitely warranted. If it is clear please get a x ray of the chest done.
