Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

As we have discussed three months back, that, you may have somatoform disorder. A somatoform disorder is a psychological disorder characterized by symptoms like physical pain, gastric complaints etc that cannot be explained fully by a different medical investigations. In somatoform disorder, medical test results are either normal or do not explain the person's symptoms, and history and physical examination do not indicate the presence of a medical condition that could cause them. Most of patients also have underline depressive symptoms in it.

In that case, you should consult a psychiatrist. You need antidepressant like duloxetine or any another antidepressant, which has good response on somatic symptoms. Better to consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible. That would give you more benefit.

In case, you need more help you can ask.

Brief Answer:
You should consult a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
HI

In Fibromyalgia, patient has chronic widespread pain and painful response to pressure. Other symptoms include debilitating fatigue, sleep disturbance, and joint stiffness. Some people also report difficulty with swallowing, bowel and bladder abnormalities, numbness and tingling and cognitive dysfunction etc.

You have complaint of foggy brain, stiffness of internal organ and increase in stiffness with certain food. Such symptoms are not seen in fibromyalgia. These are symptoms of somatoform disorder. You need psychiatrist help. If you are not getting relief with stalopam, you can try duloxetine. It has good response on somatic symptoms. If you want to consult neurologist, you can.
