Brief Answer:
Herpes more likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The lesion in the photograph attached are more likely due to herpes. They seem vesicular with fluid filled inside. Diagnosis can be confirmed by the smear taken from these vesicles, and the associated burning sensation.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Posiibility of herpes or folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The lesions are unilateral and vesicular fluid filled suggestive of herpes infection.
The burning sensation are usually present but absence may not rule out herpes.
Another possibility may be folliculitis due to secondary infection.
For herpes investigation smear and PCR testing may be done.
For treatment Local acivir cream and tab acivir 400 mg thrice daily for 7 days may be taken if the episode is first.
Herpes is not fatal bur has future risk of neurological involvement.
In case of recurrent episodes you have to consult a dermatologist and STD specialist.
Have you applied any hair removing agent ?
