What Causes Fluctuations In The Progesterone Levels?

Question: Hi doctor its me XXXX again.I know it sounds a little bit over concerned, sorry pls bear with me
My day 21 progesterone levels for this cycle were 11.47ng/ml but yesterday's was 11.28ng/ml, so its no increasing but it looks like it is decreasing.should this be a matter of worry.do i have to have another progesterone level done later on or some other tests done to find out what is going on.
