What Causes Fluctuating Heart Rate And Blood Pressure?

Question: iguess iem now in a
fib happens abou once a year my heart rate is now 114 iem on coreg or a generic for it my blood pressure is weird to can that be from racing heart can I take an extra coreg to slow down heart

I take 2 coreg in morning and 1 at nite

heart rate normally around 62 to 70 a minute

I am so sorry to hear about this rapid heartbeat. 114 might be suggestive for fibrillation but it is still some what low as afib would often present with higher numbers. I will not recommend any additional coreg dose for now. However, I will like you to measure the pulse and blood pressure and report to me as soon as possible and I Would evaluate and make recommendations based on that.
