Brief Answer:
A baseline LFT will help to evaluate the impact the effect of toxins

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Effects of these mentioned toxins depend on duration and severity of exposure.

A small duration and dosage exposure will not cause major discomfort to liver even its a case of Hep C.

In order to quantify any liver damage,I advise you to a complete liver function tests/LFT.

Single dose of Methylprednisolone will not hamper your current symptoms or disease course.

It can in fact be useful in times of accidental toxin exposure.

The symptoms of eye floaters need thorough evaluation through an ophthalmoscopy and fundus examination.

This single dose of 4mg will not hamper Amino Glucosamine binding issue.

Thank you.
