Brief Answer:
Any infection need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.

most common cause of fever(increased body temperature) is infection.

In my opinion the probable cause of fever might be :-

1)Viral infection- Because due to surgical stress the immunity might be decreased predisposing to viral infection.Usually this viral infections are self limiting and no need of any treatment.

2)Check for any wound infection ie.,
-any discharge or pus from the suture site?
-Any redness or swelling near the sutures?
Both these may impair healing.

3)Infective lochia-Vaginal discharge seen immediately after delivery is called lochia. So check for any foul smelling vaginal discharge to rule out this. If present please get a pelvic ultrasound done.

4)Breast engorgement or mastitis might be the most common cause of fever post delivery. Here due to imbalance between production of breast milk and feeding by the baby milk will be getting accumulated in the breast leading to engorgement.
If that accumulation breast milk get infected it is called mastitis.
So you need to express the milk in this case to prevent the infection.

So I suggest you to see the doctor to know the cause of fever and get apt treatment.

A total leukocyte count(TLC) and differential count (DLC) might help in ruling out the infection if any present.

Don't worry a course of antibiotics will make you normal if at all any infection is there.

Take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres ,coconut water to prevent urinary tract infections.
And high protein diet for better healing of sutures.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
