Brief Answer:
Get a urine routine microscopy and urine culture test done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I think it is likely that you are having a likely urinary tract infection.
Pain during urination and fever is suggestive of that.
Do not take any medications without getting a urine culture report first.
That will confirm the urinary tract infection, and will tell what bacteria is causing it.
Then proper antibiotics can be chosen.
Taking drugs blindly might worsen your symptoms.
Please get a urine routine microscopy test and a urine culture test done.
Till reports are awaited, please drink lots of water, atleast 5 litres of water per day, also lots of cranberry juice.
Avoid sex till symptoms resolve.
Avoid touching or handling the area.
Avoid using public washrooms.
Do not use any soaps, gels, cleansers to clean locally, just wash with lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry.
All the best
