Brief Answer: Start vit. supplement and get physician referal Detailed Answer: Hi, Welcome to healthcare Magic! The feeling of cold extremities may be related to hypothyroidism, hypotension, vitamin B complex, vit.A/D deficiency, poor circulation in limbs due to atherosclerosis, depression and chronic fatigue syndrome. One important cause you have ruled out and you already have been detected that needs supplemented along with B complex. You should get Doppler of all extremity and also correct the lipid profile abnormalities to targets. You should get evaluated by a local physician regarding possibilities of hypotension, depression and chronic fatigue syndrome which are mostly diagnosed on clinical grounds and usually needs prolonged treatments. Brief Answer: investigation and physician referral advised Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX Welcome to healthcare magic. The fasting blood sugar of 89 indicates that your blood sugar is in controlled range and is not a cause for cold extremities. Blood pressure medicines called beta blockers can cause cold extremities, if you are on this class of drugs consult your physician for switching. The joint pains along with cold extremities may also indicate some altogether different disease, you should get evaluation by a local clinician and get relevant investigations. I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
