What Causes Feeling Of Choking, Difficulty In Breathing And Inability To Burp?

Question: Hello Doctor,
Today I experienced a feeling of choking, anxiety, difficulty in breathing and inability to burp.i took carom seeds with warm and few seconds relief when I burped. But the problem reoccured.what could be the possible cause.i am not taking any medicine except dasgro tablets twice a day.i didn't take it today in evening because of this problem

Hello Doctor, below are the details
No issues with stool
I am taking Dasgro for hair fall
Very Slight burning sensation in the upper abdomen
I felt like vomiting today bit could not vomit
I didn't eat outside food except coffee.
No thyroid history

I would advise following in such scenario:

1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take soft, bland diet.
3. To take anti flatulent and anti acidity syrup like Digene.

Even if your problem persists, you should get:
1. Upper GI endoscopy
2. Ultrasound Abdomen.

I am not in XXXXXXX I am in US.I have omez - d.Should I take that. Also Could you please tell me the generic name for di gene syrup so that I can check in over the counter drugs
