Brief Answer:
Rule out certain simple medical conditions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this point of time I could think of the following
1) Nutritional deficiency like anemia, Vit B12, Calcium def
2) Check for thyroid status
3) Most important is inactivity and sedentary life with poor dietary habits
4) Work related stress and personal insufficiencies

I would also like to know your appetite, bowel and sleep patterns and if you have any problems with them.

Massage therapy along with regular aerobics would help after correcting the diet intake. Please see a local GP for full evaluation.
