Brief Answer:
Bone marrow depression

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Having all the blood counts on the lower side suggests that you have bone marrow depression or bone marrow hypoplasia. you are already being treated for hypothyroidism which is one of the causes for bone marrow hypoplasia. you are having lymph node enlargement also so infective etiology has to be kept in mind. Even neoplastic change can not be ruled out. To exclude all these you have to undergo detailed investigations and get symptomatic treatment as well. So dear XXXX give your physician time to investigate you so that proper management can be done.
I hope your problem will be resolved soon.
Truly,
Dr. J. Ticku
