Brief Answer:
Start PPI drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello !
Thank you for asking Health Care Magic.
I have gone through your concern and I understand.
I can understand that you may have stomach ulcer /gastritis problem according to the symptoms you write.
For the stomach problem I would recommend: Since you were treated for H. Pylori to repeat again the test and see if the bacteria is still there if yes you can start another treatment against it with the gastroenterologist.

If the test is negative for H.Pylori , are other conditions that cause stomach problems and one of them is Stres.
For symptomatic treatment you can start PPI group of drugs : Lansoprasole/Pantoprazol 30 mg /once a day for 8 weeks .
-Follow a healthy lifestyle : Avoid fatty food, avoid spicey food, no alcohol,no coffe or carbonated drink,no smoking , avoid fried food ,eat small meals several times in a day.
For the diabetes check your blood sugar every day and keep it under controll.
If the heart rate are between 60-100 it's normal range don't worry.
You need to measure your blood pressure 2x day for 1 week and to see how your blood pressure changes .If it's high you need to change the treatment and adjust the dosage of the medication you take .

Hope you find all these helpful.
Let me know if you have any further clarifications, I will be happy to help.
Take Care.

Brief Answer:
H.Pylori eradication is the solution

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

The definitive solution is the eradication of H.Pylori (since you still have the bacteria which is the likely cause of your stomach problem).

You've written that you did only one round of HP-pack, right? , the next step is to do it again and to see the response, you will do HP-pack 3 times and, if it does not work you can start another antibiotic that is more effective in the case of H.Pylori resistance (you gastroenterologist will explain it details).

Meanwhile, while you can wait for the appointment with the specialist, follow a healthy diet regime and take PPI/anatacid drug(Omeprazole/Pantoprazole) for symptomatic treatment. PPI drug will protect your stomach against H.Pylori until you start the other treatment against the main cause (H.Pylori).

Hope it was helpful.
Please let me know if you need further clarifications.

sorry for not being accurate, I did have two rounds of HP Pack and one round of different types of medications and all did not work. Do you think there will be more effective way and a better medication for my problem. I hope so and I will keep taking my PPI/anatacid drug for now. If no medication cure me is it possible to be cured by surgery or something like that.

thanks for your time.

Brief Answer:
Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for your clarification.

Yes your gastroenterologist will try again with different dosage of antibiotics, the treatment will last more than the other ones and different kind of medication until a successful eradification of H.pylori.

You don't need surgery against H.Pylori.Only in case of complicated stomach ulcer ( bleeding ).
Wish you good health.
