Extreme fatigue ,weakness in the absence of any significant medical abnormality like Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus is likely to be due to Anemia with associated Vitamin deficiency.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with following additional information for me to be able to assist you further
1. Since hoe long have the symptoms been present
2. Is there any history of Diabetes or any other Surgical or medical history.
3. What are all the investigation done so far
4. Are there any urinary or bowel complaints
