Question: I cannot do anything for longer than about 10 minutes without becoming completely exhausted. I am light headed, stomach feels funny. No pains, just have to stop and rest before going on.

1. Do you have any diseases, such as cardiovascular, respiratory diseases, diabetes mellitus, etc
2. Have you ever done cardiac examinations, such as ECG, echocardiography, stress test
3. Have you recently had some infection
4. Do you have high blood pressure
5. Do you have leg edemas
6. Do you have cough, temperature
7. Do you take any medications
8. Have you palpated your pulse during your complaints, maybe you have too slow or too fast pulse during this?
9. have you recently had blood count, Hb
10. Have you had any bleeding or dark/black stool
