Brief Answer:
This infections can be treated by dentist only.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This is Dr. Dipti XXXXXXX here to answer your query. I understand your concern, unfortunately this is a situation that cannot be addressed without the dentist help. Her age and the cancer has lead up to the dental problem. You can temporarily manage the pain and infection with a prescription of pain killer and good antibiotics. You can try low cost dental clinic who accepts uninsured patients for help. Alternative a registered nurse who is allowed to prescribe pain killer and antibiotics can also help you.

Due to restrictions and limitation, I am not allowed to write a prescription. I wish you find an expert until you are able to complete the dental treatment suggested by the current doctor.

In the interim you can support her in maintaining her oral hygiene properly with brushing two times daily and mouthwashes.

Hope it will help you.

Thank you
Regards
