As you are doing XXXXXXX and medication is well enough.
I didn’t get the details regarding which side eye (right or left) or both eyes are getting twitching.

Assessment:
As eye twitching can be physiological response to the external factor like eye strain, allergy dust and fumes or some internal factor like nutritional deficiency, stress, dry eyes because of lack of eye (tears) lacrimation.
Prolonged usage of computer will cause dryness in eyes which causes twitch. Dryness is the property of vata.

Depends upon on the following factor

We can assess the cause and treatment requirements.

Involuntary movements of your facial muscle will lead to involuntary smile.
May be localized problem of weakness in facial muscles or any cranial nerve defect which control the facial movements from the brain.
We need to elicit by performing a cranial nerve examination which also rule out your eye problem also.
Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve conduction test will helpful in ruling out the problem with facial nerves.
If needed MRI Scan suggested.

Advise:

You should take some oil based medication like gandharavasthi kashayam daily at night 15 ml with warm water to reduce your vata.
