Brief Answer:
Consider a complete blood count and a visit with a hematologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Different pattern of sweating, it is common in every person, especially if this is something you have had since forever.

If it is something new, first you need to check for local things you can adjust like the type of cushion, the temperature of your bedroom, maybe change the side where you sleep ect.

If things do not change, and this sweating gets worse after you drink alcohol, then you should consider doing a complete blood count and rule out some blood problems which give this pattern of sweating which comes after alcohol consumption. A consultation with a hematologist is recommended too, so they can examine you and do necessary tests.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
