What Causes Dull Stomach Ache During Early Pregnancy?

Question: hello. 7 weeks pregnant here. first Dr appt next week. been eating healthy and getting lots of rest. had a dull stomach ache the past 3 days. no nausea, bleeding, cramping or fever. probable it's gas? it's rather uncomfortable.. should I try to get a quicker Dr appt?
