Such symptoms are quite characteristic for prostate inflammation. You may have some fever as well. Blood in the urine can be present. The pain can be worse when passing the stool.
I suggest you to consult urologist. Rectal examination and ultrasound should be done. Antibiotic seems necessary.

I had a rectal exam 18 months ago and I had no prostate enlargement does it happen that quick or does it matter
